Shtatolkina Studio Privacy Policy, Booking Terms & Delivery Agreement

This Policy outlines how Shtatolkina.Studio (“we, ” “our, ” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information, and sets forth the terms and conditions related to booking, payments, and the delivery of services.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

A. Information We Collect

We collect personal information when you:

  • Contact us through our website, email, or social media
  • Book a session
  • Complete payment or contract forms

This may include your:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address (if applicable)
  • Payment details (processed securely through third-party providers)
  • Session preferences or questionnaire answers

B. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used for:

  • Booking and confirming your session
  • Communicating important updates and reminders
  • Delivering your final images or digital products
  • Improving our services

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required for fulfilling your session (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, gallery hosts).

C. Data Retention & Security

Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

D. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party tools (like Google Ads or email services) to help operate our website and marketing efforts. These services are also committed to privacy and data protection.

E. Your Consent

By submitting your information through this site or our forms, you consent to our collection and use of that information as described in this policy.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A. Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. Your session is not secured until payment is received.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, prior to the start of the shoot.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

B. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay
  • PayPal / Venmo / Square

C. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule once with a minimum 1 week notice before your session.
  • If canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a new session if rescheduled with advance notice.

3. DELIVERY TERMS & RESPONSIBILITY

A. Delivery Timeline

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 14–21 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested at booking.

B. Delivery Format

  • All final images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format.
  • Galleries are accessible via a secure online link and available for download for 30 calendar days.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images.
  • Re-uploading galleries after 30 days may incur a fee of $25.

C. Intellectual Property

Shtatolkina Studio retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use or redistribution without prior agreement is prohibited.

D. Editing & Artistic Discretion

All final images include standard color correction and professional retouching in Shtatolkina Studio’s signature style.

If specific editing preferences or retouching requests are desired, they must be clearly communicated during or immediately after the session. Otherwise, editing decisions will be made at the photographer’s discretion, based on the artistic vision of the studio.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to lack of communicated preferences regarding editing style, color tones, or level of retouching.

This topic will be discussed with the client at the end of the session, to ensure mutual understanding before editing begins.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shtatolkina Studio is not responsible for any technical failures, data corruption, or client failure to download images within the stated delivery window.

We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from delays, file loss after delivery, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic restrictions).
