SHTATOLKINA STUDIO — POLICIES & PHOTO CONSENT

By using our services or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

A. Information We Collect

We collect personal information when you:
• Contact us through our website, email, or social media
• Book a session
• Complete payment or contract forms

This may include your:
Full name | Email address | Phone number | Mailing address | Payment details (processed securely) | Session preferences or questionnaires

B. How We Use Your Information

Used for booking confirmation, communication, delivery of digital products, and improving our services.
We never sell or rent data. Third-party vendors (PayPal, Stripe, gallery hosts) receive only the information needed to complete your session.

C. Data Retention & Security

Information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.
You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time.

D. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers (e.g., Google Ads, email services) that comply with privacy regulations.

E. Your Consent

By submitting information through this site or our forms, you consent to collection and use as described above.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A. Booking Policy

A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your session.
Balance is due on the session day before shooting begins.

B. Accepted Payment Methods

Visa | MasterCard | Amex | Google Pay | Apple Pay | PayPal | Venmo | Square

C. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice.
• Less than 72 hours = deposit forfeited.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations = no refund.
Deposits may be applied to a new date if proper notice is given.

3. DELIVERY TERMS & RESPONSIBILITY

A. Delivery Timeline

Edited galleries delivered within 14–21 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
Rush delivery (3–5 days) available for an additional fee.

B. Delivery Format

High-resolution JPEGs via secure online gallery.
Available for download 30 days; re-upload = $25 fee.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing images.

C. Intellectual Property

Shtatolkina Studio retains all copyrights.
Clients receive a personal-use license—commercial or third-party use requires written consent.

D. Editing & Artistic Discretion

All final images follow Shtatolkina Studio’s signature style.
Requests for special edits must be made during or immediately after the session.
We cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction due to uncommunicated style preferences.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for technical failures, corrupted files, or missed download deadlines.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by force-majeure events (e.g., weather, illness, pandemic restrictions).

5. MODEL RELEASE & IMAGE USAGE CONSENT

A. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Shtatolkina Studio.
Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.

B. Consent for Studio Marketing Use

Shtatolkina Studio will never share identifiable client images publicly without explicit consent.
By default, all photos remain private and are delivered only to the client.

If you would like to allow your images to appear in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, please complete the optional consent form below.

Submitting the form grants permission for lawful promotional use. Consent may be revoked in writing at any time.

C. Minor Subjects

Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for clients under 18.

D. Revoking Consent

Images will be removed from future use within a reasonable timeframe.
